Project purpose: When the Ivorian customer consulted us about the oil press equipment for their new project, we attached great importance to this communication. Since the customer mentioned that this was a brand new project, we first discussed with the customer in depth their specific needs and expectations.
We learned that the customer expected the processing capacity of the project to reach 800 kg/hour, which is a considerable scale. Therefore, we confirmed with the customer their initial plan, whether they wanted to start with the purchase of oil presses or consider building a complete production line in one step.
In order to help the customer make an informed decision, we sent him a basic line configuration plan for peanut oil production. This plan lists in detail the various components of the production line, including oil presses, filtering equipment, refining equipment, deodorization equipment, and control systems. We explained to the customer the function and importance of each part, as well as their role in the entire production process.
During the explanation, we particularly emphasized the importance of the oil press as the core equipment of the entire production line. We introduced to the customer the performance characteristics of our oil press, such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, and easy operation, and emphasized its key role in improving product quality and reducing production costs.
In addition, we introduced other key equipment in the production line, such as filtering equipment and refining equipment. These equipment can ensure that the peanut oil produced meets high quality standards and meets customer needs.
In the process of communicating with customers, we always maintain a patient and meticulous attitude. In the end, the customer was satisfied with our basic line configuration plan and decided to consider building a complete production line.
