Production technology: The raw materials that our customer want to process have different characteristics, and their pressing processes and required equipment are different.
Main Equipment: Hydraulic oil press, palm fruit oil press, screw oil press and oil filters.
Customer basic situation: The customer continues to maintain a certain interest in our products or services, indicating that he does have a need, but he does not seem to be under very urgent time pressure, which means that he is relatively relaxed about purchasing decisions. In the communication between the two parties, we actively responded to the customer's needs and provided him with detailed purchasing information (PI) to help him better understand our products and services.
In order to better meet the actual needs of the customer, we took the initiative to contact his freight forwarder in September 2016 to ensure that we can provide customers with more convenient and efficient services in subsequent logistics, transportation and other links.
In the in-depth communication with the customer, we learned that he was particularly concerned about two core issues. First, he expressed a high degree of concern about the quality of the machine we provided, hoping to ensure that the performance of the machine is stable and durable, and can meet his long-term use needs. Secondly, he is also concerned about whether his finished oil can be sold in supermarkets, which involves issues such as product market positioning, sales strategy and relevant regulatory requirements, and is also an important consideration in his decision-making process.
In response to these concerns of the customer, we will continue to maintain close communication with him and provide him with more detailed and professional answers to help him make more informed decisions.
Treatment process:
1.Avocado:
The avocado oil is a high quality oil made from a low temperature pressing process. This method preserves the avocado's nutrients, ensuring its value is fully retained. For small-scale production, the pressing process is mainly as follows：
Fresh avocado → cleaning→ making into paste→ pressing →filtration → separation.
2.Palm fruit：
Palm oil is a tropical woody vegetable oil, the largest vegetable oil in the world in terms of production, consumption and international trade. It is known as one of the "three major vegetable oils in the world" along with soybean oil and rapeseed oil.
From a professional perspective, the production of red palm oil starts with the fresh palm fruit bunches, which need to be threshed, sterilized, and crushed before being pressed. After the pressing is completed, the crude palm oil needs to be filtered, precipitated and dehydrated. Of course, if the requirements for the finished product are higher, it needs to be processed by the refining system.
3.Peanuts
Peanuts have a high oil content, and their industrial oil production technology generally adopts a pressing process, that is, the oil is extracted by mechanical pressing. The preliminary processing procedures of peanuts refers to cleaning and shelling. Then, we recommend roasting, the effect of this process is, first, to completely destroy the peanut cells, and second, to denature the protein contained in it under the action of temperature, to increase the oil yield. The step of pressing, its principal is to use pressure to break the cell wall of the peanuts, thereby pressing out the oil. According to different operating methods, it is divided into cold pressing and hot pressing. Moreover, oil mills of small size will terminate the production line at the filtration stage. Customers who do not have high requirements for oil quality can directly use the filtered crude oil; for customers with high quality requirements, for market sales, it is necessary to configure refining equipment for the filtered peanut crude oil.
Since our Angolan customer had just started his oil pressing business, the basic machine configuration he bought from us enabled him to quickly get started and commence production.
