Roaster Description:

  This device features an innovative integrated infrared accelerating burner comprising a computer-controlled pulse ignition system, a system for monitoring flame and temperature, and rolling drums. The burning gas emits infrared waves with a wavelength of 2-4 um, producing the highest level of infrared radiation heat. This optimal infrared wavelength is easily absorbed by molecules in ordinary substances. The rolling drum ensures simultaneous heating from both sides, preventing surface burning while leaving the inside undone. This guarantees superior baking quality, color, and flavor. The baking time is significantly reduced, resulting in cost savings. With automatic thermostat control, safety and hygiene features, and user-friendly operation, this machine serves as an ideal replacement for traditional baking machines.
