Hemp Oil Pressing Machine

  Hemp seed, which is the dried and mature seed of mulberry plant hemp. The fruit is harvested when it is ripe, and the impurities are removed and dried. The preparation method ofhemp seed oil is generally low temperature cold pressing method and hot pressing method. Part of it is subcritical cryogenic extraction. Refinedhemp seed oil can be obtained by degumming, deacidifying, washing, dehydration, decoloring, deodorizing, dechanneling or degreasing processes.

The production process of virginhemp seed oil

Hemp oil on the market are processed from hemp seed, every eight pounds of hemp seed can obtain a kilogram of hemp seed, each kilogram of hemp seed through the oil press physical cold press can get about 2 virgin hemp seed oil, the specific production process:

1.The ripe and picked hemp is dried by drying, hulling, impurity removal, screening and other processes to obtain high-quality hemp seed raw materials.

2.Use low temperature spiral oil press or hydraulic oil press to physically cold press hemp seeds to make gross oil.

3.Refining the crude oil, including degumming, deacidification, washing, dehydration, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing or degreasing, to obtain refinedhemp seed oil.
