  Plate and frame filter is used in chemical, ceramics, petroleum, medicine, food, oil, etc . industries. The separation process is: the mixed liquid flows through the filter medium (filter cloth), the solid stays on the filter cloth, and the filtrate part penetrates the filter cloth to become a clear liquid without solids.

  Mainly used for filtering series kinds of plant crude oil, such as peanut, sesames,rape-seeds, sunflowers,etc. Also can filter refined oil and effect as decolorization for separating bleaching earth and oil in refinery plant.   Tips : The plate and frame filter generally has two sets of filter cloth, and there are no wearing parts under normal operation. Our filters can only filter impurities, not color and odor, unless a refining filter is used.

  After using the filter cloth for a period of time, its filtration performance will decrease due to material obstruction. Users can clean the filter cloth regularly according to the frequency of use.

  For the cleaning effect is not obvious and the filter cloth hardens, the corresponding low concentration of weak acid or weak base can be neutralized (soaked for 24 hours) to restore its performance. If the filter is still not normal after soaking, a new filter cloth should be considered.
