  Cold pressing of linseed: refers to the use of physical machinery to apply huge pressure to linseed under low temperature conditions, and then extract the oil inside the linseed. This method is called cold pressing. There is no high-temperature process (fried and steamed) in the traditional process during the pressing process, so the oil is still distributed inside the protein, retaining a lot of nutrients.

Features of cold pressing process of linseed oil:

1. Avoid the degradation of oils and sugars and the denaturation of proteins during high-temperature pressing.
2. Prevent the linseed oil from becoming darker and smelly due to high temperature.
3. Multiple filtration to prevent harmful substances from appearing.
4. Avoid high temperature damage to nutrients and better retain nutrients.
