  Moringa oil is a woody vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the Moringa oleifera , and its trade name is Ben oil or Behen oil., and is a mild yellowish non-drying oil with a typical nutty taste that is edible. Moringa seed contains about 40% oil by mass. It can be produced by pressing method or subcritical low temperature extraction technology. The content of oleic acid can be between 62% and 78%, and the total unsaturated fatty acid content is much higher than 80%. Among them, the content of docosenic acid, which has an impact on the naming of moringame oil, is also relatively high, at about 4% to 8%. Because the fatty acid composition of moringa oil is very similar to olive oil, especially the content of oleic acid is similar to it, so it is often used as a raw material for cosmetics by Procter & Gamble Company and Unilever.

  Moringa oil can be compared with olive oil and camellia oil as a cooking oil, known as the "high-grade healthy cooking oil three sisters", if it is better than the two sisters, that is, its saturation is higher than the two, resistance to frying, resistance to corruption is stronger than the two, of course, the price is many times higher than the two.
