Oil Filter Press

  The description of the product involves eliminating solid impurities from the oil to enhance the performance of the grease. It comprises a filter plate/frame, oil pump, connecting pipe, pressure gauge, and other elements. The filter plate and frame are lined with filter paper or cloth to act as the filtration medium. The pressing device applies pressure to hold the filter plate and frame in place, creating separate filter chambers where the filter paper is compressed between them.

  The plate/box filter press offers a substantial filtration area and high flow rate. It is suitable for liquids with low viscosity below 50% and a small quantity of residue. It is employed for enclosed filtration to achieve purification, sterilization, clarification, and other precise and semi-precise filtration requirements. Consequently, it finds extensive applications in the industries of oil, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and other sectors.
