Sunflower Oil Press Machine

  First, the sunflower seeds are cleaned by the cleaning machine and shelled by the sheller, and then sent to the screw conveyor, which transports them to the roaster for preheating. The function of preheating is to increase the oil yield. After the preheating is completed, the seeds will be transported to the oil press for pressing. The resulting sunflower oil is then transferred to an oil filter for purification. The oil pressing process can be divided into hot pressing and cold pressing.

  The difference between them is whether to use Roasting. Cold pressing requires pressing the cake multiple times.

Advantages and disadvantages of raw pressing and cooked pressing:

Hot Pressing→Advantages: one-time oil output, so that the oil cake reaches the standard (8% of the national standard);

                 The oil smells mellow and strong, and the fragrance can be smelled far away, and can be smelled several kilometers away.

Disadvantages: the color of the oil is reddish and yellow-dark;

                 Powder degree is higher than that of raw pressing - there are more oil residues than cold pressing;

                 The requirements for the number of fried materials are relatively high, and the second pressing is not possible.

Cold Pressing→Advantages: no need for frying pan, directly into the pressing;

                 The color of the oil is clear and the transparency is high;

                 The protein of the oil cake will not be denatured.

Disadvantages: to control the moisture of raw materials;

                 The oil tastes light and odorless;

                 High energy consumption - usually need to press 2-3 times.
