The process flow of rice bran squeezing by hydraulic oil press:
Fresh rice bran→pressureless steam cooker→rice bran cake→hydraulic press→filtration→rice bran crude oil→refining
Fresh rice bran is steamed to make rice bran cake, and then pressed by a hydraulic press to produce crude rice bran oil. After filtering and refining, the crude rice bran oil forms the oil we need. In addition, some oil will remain in the edge of the pressed cake. In order to fully utilize the oil, it is often crushed and then fried and pressed again.
