The production process of palm kernel oil pressing is as follows:
Palm kernel → Fiber separation → Shelling & Separation of kernel → Crushing → Roaster → Press → Filter → Crude palm kernel oil → Refining→ Refined palm kernel oil.
1.Fiber separation
If the raw material for palm kernel oil production is a mixture of palm kernel and fiber obtained after pressing palm fruit, then before pressing the palm kernel, the mixture must be processed with fiber separation equipment to separate the fiber and palm kernel, so that the palm kernel can be The oil pressing process proceeds smoothly, which improves the pressing efficiency and also avoids the impact of fiber clogging on the pressing process.
2.Shelling & Separation of kernel
The palm kernel obtained after fiber separation also needs to be dehulled first. After dehulling, the kernel shell is separated to separate the palm kernel and the shell. This makes it easier to squeeze out palm kernel oil from the palm kernel, and at the same time, it can avoid palm oil. 3.Crushing

4.Roaster
Roaster is used to adjust the temperature of the palm kernel so that it reaches a good state before pressing, for improve oil yield.
5.Press
Pressing is an important step in the production of palm kernel oil, which extracts palm kernel oil from palm kernels through mechanical extrusion. Due to the high hardness of palm kernel, it is necessary to select a model with a higher production capacity than the expected production capacity when selecting a palm kernel oil press.
6.Filter
The pressed palm kernel oil must first be filtered through a plate and frame filter, to remove remaining fiber impurities from the oil, so that clearer palm kernel oil can be obtained and the oil quality will be better.
Filtered palm kernel oil can be consumed directly in some areas. If you want to obtain high-quality palm kernel oil, you can also refine palm kernel oil to further remove impurities in the oil and increase the market value of palm kernel oil.
7.Refining
The purpose of refining is to remove various impurities from crude palm kernel oil, including dephosphorization, deacidification, dehydration, decolorization and deodorization. These steps can significantly improve the quality and stability of the oil.
