A screw oil press is a machine that separates oil from raw materials by mechanical extrusion of a screw. Two types are available on the market: strip screw oil presses, and round screw oil presses. Our factory primarily produces round and strip screw oil presses. Their advantages include higher pressure, superior oil yield, and a finer press cake. They are wear-resistant, offer a relatively clean pressing process, high efficiency, and are easy to operate. Our machines can process oilseeds with an oil content exceeding 15%. After pressing, crude oil and press cake are obtained, the latter containing approximately 5 to 7% residual oil.
