DETAIL
Peanut oil is generally treated with a variety of methods such as pressing method and leaching method to obtain a crude oil with more impurities, and then refined to obtain edible refined oil. Peanut oil content is 40%-50%, oil yield: 35%-42% according to different peanut quality and variety.
Pressing method is divided into ordinary pressing method and screw pressing method. Conventional pressing is a method of applying direct pressure to peanuts. This method is not used much anymore, especially in industrial mass production. The screw pressing method is to install a screw shaft in the cylinder of the horizontal device; after the pretreatment, peanuts enter the screw press and grease is squeezed out as they go. This method can realize continuous production.
At present, the bar cage oil press is widely used in peanut oil production. Its unique bar structure ensures smooth oil outlet channels and sufficient pressing pressure, which can fully extract oil from peanuts, effectively improve the oil yield, and produce peanut oil with pure color and strong fragrance. It is very suitable for large-scale and efficient peanut oil processing.

The bar cage oil press offers the following remarkable advantages:
High Oil Yield
The press bars are rationally arranged to form smooth oil outlet channels, enabling the efficient extraction and separation of oil. This leads to a high oil output rate.
High Production Efficiency
Featuring a large feeding capacity and high pressing speed, this machine is perfect for large-scale production. It can rapidly process large quantities of oil seeds.
Simple Structure &Easy Maintenance
The straightforward design of the pressing chamber simplifies installation and daily maintenance. Bar replacement is simple and quick, effectively reducing maintenance costs and minimizing downtime.
Stable Performance &Durable Structure
The bar cage structure ensures uniform pressure distribution within the pressing chamber, significantly enhancing the stability, reliability, and service life of the entire machine.
