Palm kernel oil is a high-value edible oil and special-purpose oil, mainly produced by physical pressing. Palm kernel has an oil content of 45%–55%, and the oil yield can reach 38%–48% after pressing, making it an ideal raw material for efficient oil extraction.
Traditional manual pressing and simple equipment have low efficiency, high loss and high residual oil rate, unsuitable for large-scale production. Our bar cage oil press is specially designed for palm kernel, with stable structure and smooth oil output. It is the core equipment for small- and medium-sized oil mills and processing workshops.
After cleaning, crushing, kernel-shell separation and heating conditioning, the raw materials enter the pressing chamber. Under high-pressure extrusion, oil is quickly separated, realizing continuous production. The residual oil rate in the cake is below 8-10%, meeting edible and industrial-grade palm kernel oil production standards.
