As one of the world's three major vegetable oils, palm oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and various vitamins, boasting both nutritional and market value.
Palm fruits are mainly produced in tropical regions such as Southeast Asia and Africa, where the environment is high temperature and high humidity all year round. This places extremely high requirements on the stability of palm fruit oil press machines. Traditional oil presses are prone to component corrosion, frequent failures and other problems, which affect processing efficiency.

We have launched a new type of palm fruit oil press, which specifically addresses the pain points of tropical working conditions. Its core components have undergone special high-temperature and high-humidity resistance treatment, enabling stable operation in an environment of 35-45℃ and 60%-85% humidity. The failure rate is greatly reduced, and the service life is extended by more than 30% compared with traditional equipment, adapting to the single-machine processing needs of major tropical palm producing areas.

Using this palm fruit oil press, the oil yield can be stably maintained at 20%, far exceeding the industry average of 13%-15% and 5-7% higher than the industry average. For every 1 ton of palm fruit bunches processed, 50-70 L more crude oil can be produced, showing a significant advantage in oil yield.
This palm fruit oil press is easy to operate, and a single person can complete the operation of a single machine, greatly saving labor costs. At the same time, it adopts an energy-saving design, reducing energy consumption by 30%. The pressed fruit residue can be separately recycled and reused, combining high efficiency and environmental protection to help users reduce operating costs.
