The elevator is an essential auxiliary conveying equipment in the complete oil pressing production line. Its core function is to connect all processing equipment on the production line, automatically transporting oil raw materials and semi-finished products. It eliminates manual shoveling and carrying, enabling continuous automated operation of the entire production line.
After the oil materials are initially processed by the front-end equipment, the elevator adopts a vertical lifting structure to smoothly deliver materials to the next processing unit. Every process transition, from raw material crushing and high-temperature steaming-frying to oil pressing, relies on the elevator for material transfer. Oil cakes and materials to be filtered generated after pressing can also be conveyed to subsequent filtering and storage sections via the elevator, turning separate processing machines into an integrated linked production system.
