1.Cleaning and drying of peanuts:
Remove impurities in peanuts. The peanuts entering the oil factory will inevitably carry some impurities. If the dirt, stems and leaves in the peanuts are not removed, they will not only affect the quality of the oil and cake, but also absorb part of the oil and reduce the oil yield. If there are sand, stone, metal, hemp rope and other debris in the peanut fruit, it will cause wear and tear of the peanut oil press machine parts, induce production accidents, and affect the process effect.
2.Shelling:
The purpose of peeling peanuts before the peanut pressing process is to reduce the adsorption of oil on the shells and increase the oil yield; it can increase the processing capacity of the peanut oil press and reduce the wear and tear on the oil extraction equipment; rolling can improve the quality of crude oil; it can improve the quality of cake, which is beneficial to comprehensive utilization.
3.Crushing:
Use a crusher to crush the peanuts so that the particle size of the crushed peanuts meets the conditions for flaking.
4.Flaking:
A single pair of rollers flaking machine is used for flaking to form thin and uniform flakes. It is required that the green sheet has a small powder degree, no oil leakage, and a thickness of less than 0.5mm.
5.Heat treatment (steaming and frying):
Destroy the cell structure of the oil, denature the protein, swell the phospholipids by absorbing water, meet the requirements of pressing, increase the oil yield, and reduce the content of phospholipids. Heat treatment is one of the important processes in the process of oil extraction. Heat treatment includes the moistening and heating of the raw body, which is called steamed or fried body in production, and the steamed body is called cooked body. Those who press the green body after heat treatment are called hot pressing, and those who do not undergo heat treatment are called cold pressing.
6.Pressing:
Peanut oil press machine is a small oil press machine with simple structure, high pressure, continuous material processing, low labor intensity, and various oil crops can be pressed.
7.Filtration:
Put the squeezed crude oil into a centrifugal filter to remove impurities in the oil, improve the purity of the oil, and improve the quality of the oil.
