Hot pressing principle of rapeseed oil

Firstly, the rapeseed is roasted and heated to the appropriate temperature. Under normal circumstances, the heating temperature is between 70 degrees Celsius and 100 degrees Celsius. The purpose of heating is to change the cell structure inside the rapeseed and encourage the oil to be released more easily. Heating can also reduce the viscosity of rapeseed and promote the flow of oil.

Secondly,The heated rapeseed is sent to the press for pressing. During the pressing process, the oil inside the rapeseed is squeezed out and separated from the solid part (residue). A mechanical press is usually used to push the oil out of the rapeseed using pressure.

Thirdly,The mixture obtained after pressing is separated to separate the fat and solid parts. The separation methods can be precipitation, centrifugation or filtration. This results in a purer oil.

Finaly,The separated oil may also contain impurities, moisture and other impure substances that need to be purified. The purification process includes steps such as decolorization, deacidification and deodorization to improve the quality and taste of the oil.
