Rice Bran Screw Oil Press

  Rice bran oil is a by-product of rice bran obtained during rice processing. It is pressed by pressing or leaching method. The oil content is about 18%. It is composed of rice husks, dust, microorganisms and secretions, pericarp, seed coat, ectoendosperm, aleurone layer, embryo, etc. The standard rice bran oil is rarely used for consumption. It is widely used in the manufacture of feed, soap, hardening oil, glycerin, stearic acid, oleic acid, paint resin and other industrial raw materials.

  In the future, rice bran oil will also be divided into two types of edible oil and industrial raw material oil: the new generation of edible rice bran oil will be made from the pure rice embryo and aleurone layer obtained by the precision milling of rice, also known as rice meal oil or rice Zhen oil. Rice bran oil made from real rice bran (the protective cortex of rice: peel, seed coat, ectoendosperm, husk, etc.) will only be an industrial raw material.

  Rice bran oil pressed by pressing is called bran oil. The oil is brown-yellow to dark brown, cloudy and unclear: it has a strong taste of rice bran, high acid, and contains more bran wax that is harmful to the human body. Therefore, bran oil must be refined, reduce acid, remove impurities such as bran wax before it can be eaten.

The process of refining husk oil is as follows:
