Oil Production Line Equipment Example:

Soybean → Conveyor → Roasting → Conveyor → Squeeze → Filter

  Begin by feeding the thoroughly cleaned soybean seeds into the Screw Conveyor, which transports them to the Roasting machine for preheating.

  Once the preheating is complete, the seeds are automatically moved to the oil press for crushing. The resulting crude oil is then transferred to the Oil Filter Machine for purification. The oil pressing process can be divided into two types: hot pressing and cold pressing.

  The difference between the two production lines in whether Roasting is used. Cold pressing involves an additional step, which can be more cumbersome than hot pressing. Generally speaking, we recommend that customers employ the Roasting's hot-pressing technology to increase output and improve oil yield.
