8TPD Soybean production line in Zambia

General situation:

On June, 2020, we received an inquiry from a customer in Zambia through our company's website. Zambia customer planned to build a soybean production line, requiring an input of 8 tons of raw materials per day and 8 hours of work per day.

During the in-depth communication, we discussed in detail the agricultural resources and market potential of Zambia. We learned that Zambia has a vast soybean planting area and the soybeans are of excellent quality, which provides unique conditions for the local soybean processing industry. In view of this advantage, we learned that many local people saw the business opportunity of building a soybean oil production line and hoped to make considerable profits in this way.

At the same time, we also noticed that the by-product of soybean processing, soybean cake, can be converted into high-quality animal feed after proper processing. This discovery made us realize that soybean cake processing is also an area with huge market potential.

In September, 2020, we finally reached an agreement and established a soybean production line in faraway Zambia.

Details of production line:

Cleaner: removes impurities from raw materials, such as stones, gravel and other impurities visible to the naked eye;

Roaster: adjusts the moisture and temperature of seeds to increase the oil yield;

Presser: press out the oil from soybeans through mechanical pressing

Filter: the pressed oil contains impurities, through filtering, clean oil can be obtained;

Refining equipment: semi-refining can remove dephosphorization, deacidification and dehydration, improve the product quality of the oil and extend the shelf life;

Crusher: Breaking down extruded soya cake to make it suitable for mixing into animal feed;
