After MCRayone's hard work, the production line sent to Cameroon is finally completed!
The products packed this time include conveyors, roasters, oil presses and filters. These products are the building blocks of a simple production line, resulting in unrefined crude oil.
The conveyor is an auxiliary equipment made by our factory. It can transport raw materials to other machine directly to complete automatic production, reduce labor costs and increase work efficiency.
The roasters is heated by tumbling to help the oil crops to heat up evenly, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the oil yield. Our roasters are divided into fire, natural gas and electric three types. This exported machine is the fire roaster.
The oil press exported this time is an oil press with a simple temperature control box. Our oil press adopts the working principle of physical screw pressing, which is easy to operate, has a stable temperature control function, and can control the temperature of the press chamber.
The function of the filter is to filter crude oil. During the pressing process, there will be uncleaned impurities in the raw materials and other substances that will affect the purity of the oil. The plate and frame filter can filter solid impurities, and the plate and frame filter in our factory is made of iron, which is hard and durable.
