Edible Oil Production Industry Knowledge
The edible oil production industry is a comprehensive industry encompassing agriculture, processing, sales, and consumption. Its development level directly affects the quality of life, health awareness and agricultural economic structure of the population.

Solvent extraction uses organic solvents to dissolve and separate oils, featuring high oil yield and low production cost, but its production process is also subject to some controversy.
From a global market perspective, palm oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, and sunflower oil are the main circulating oil types. Consumers are increasingly health-conscious, and their purchasing trends are increasingly favoring edible oils that are low in fat, high in oleic acid, and rich in natural antioxidants. Countries around the world are also continuously strengthening the regulation of the edible oil market, ensuring quality and safety by formulating and improving relevant standards. Looking ahead, producers need to continuously optimize their production processes and technologies, improving pressing efficiency while further enhancing product quality control.
