The live stream of rapeseed oil production line
On February 2rd, our factory held second live broadcast on many platform.
The rapeseed oil production line we show consists of a roaster, a conveyor, an oil press, and a filter.
The roaster in live stream is electric type. Different models can roast different amounts of rapeseed—this one can handle 150kg of rapeseed per hour, while maintaining a steady temperature of 90°C. This machine has a power rating of 0.75 kW.
The machine connected to the roaster is the conveyor. It transports the roasted rapeseed up into the feed inlet of our oil press machine. It can move 1.25–2.1 tons of rapeseed per hour—specific capacity depends on the model. It is made of carbon steel, which is highly durable.
The oil press is one of our factory’s flagship products.Compared to traditional equipment, our press works faster and produces oil with fewer impurities. It can process 150-200 kg of rapeseed per hour, and ideally, yield about 60-80 liters of rapeseed oil per hour. After pressing, the oil flows into the plate-and-frame filter. It can filter 60 kg oil per hour, removing impurities from the freshly pressed oil. Once filtered, the oil is already market-ready as finished product.
