The international rice market currently boasts robust demand and promising prospects, with a notable shortage of rice processing equipment overseas.
Taking into account the pain points of rice processing in various countries, our company has conducted targeted technical research and development and independently manufactured the integrated rice milling machine. This all-in-one machine integrates a full set of processing procedures, including impurity removal and stone separation, husking, rice milling and polishing, as well as grading screening. Once fully assembled, its maximum daily processing capacity reaches 36 tons, with a husked rice yield of 70% to 80%. The finished rice produced meets international rice quality standards.

#The appearance and specifications of the machine
To help clients gain comprehensive and detailed insights into our integrated rice milling machine, our factory has fully assembled a unit for on-site testing during client visits. Clients may bring their own raw grain materials to conduct trial runs, allowing them to directly observe the entire rice processing workflow and inspect finished polished rice quality. This eliminates information discrepancies that often arise from online communications. The machine has completed three rounds of testing to date, delivering consistently high-quality edible polished rice.

Our integrated rice milling machine features user-friendly operation. Simply pour sun-dried harvested paddy into the feeding hopper, and the equipment will automatically produce polished rice. Moreover, the machine has a service life of 30 to 40 years, requiring only periodic replacement of wearing parts. Beyond standalone rice milling machines, our company supplies complete sets of rice production line equipment.
