1. Sesame seeds: stir-fry the seeds until light gray and burst before pressing, pinch the seeds with your hand and the oil will flow out, there will be no residue in the oil, and the cake will be a long strip shape.
2. rapeseed: Because the water of the north and south raw materials is different, add 4-6% before stir-frying, the south does not add (according to the amount of water of the raw materials themselves), first stir-fry with fire until the rapeseed is hot, and it begins to burst.
3. Peanut kernels: Wet the peanut kernels before stir-frying the seeds. During the stir-frying process, water should also be added to the kernels to maintain good softness and sufficient moisture.
4. cottonseed kernel: before pressing the oil to light yellow, the temperature of 120 to 130 degrees, cake thickness 1-1.5mm (south, north of the water content is different, appropriate to grasp the water).
5. Soybeans: stir-fry until they burst and are edible before pressing, temperature 120-130 degrees, cake thickness O7mm. Once pressed dry, but once pressed dry cake material is too coke, so that its protein loss is great. Generally, the process of twice squeezing dry is used.
