Full refining is applicable to a variety of edible oil products, including but not limited to the following types:
1.Soybean oils: such as soybean oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, and sesame oil.
2.Cereal oils: such as corn oil, rice oil, and wheat germ oil.
3.Vegetable seed oils: such as rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, grapeseed oil, and aloe vera seed oil.
4.Stone fruit oils: such as olive oil, hazelnut oil, pine nut oil, and walnut oil.
5.Nut oils: such as peanut oil, cashew nut oil and almond oil.
6.A variety of mixed oils: such as vegetable blended oil, edible vegetable oil and vegetable fat, etc.
7.It is the first choice for customers with high quality and export needs.
Full Refining Process:
①Crude oil ②Dephosphorization ③Deacidification ④Dehydration ⑤Decolorization ⑥Deodorization ⑦Dewaxing (grease) ⑧Refined oil
Dephosphorization (hydration dephosphorization, chemical reaction)
1.Hydration, degumming and precipitation for 4-6 hours (after adding water)
2.After adding 85% food-grade phospholipids, add water 30 minutes later
Deacidification
The smaller the acid value, the better the oil quality, the better the freshness and refining degree.
1.Measure the acid value (value) 0.918-0.925 (the reaction can be seen after 6 hours of precipitation)
2.Add food-grade caustic soda (need to add water) into alkaline water
3.Release saponins after 4-6 hours of precipitation
4.Wash with water to remove residual alkali and saponin. This step can be carried out several times until the water is clear.
Decolorization (physical reaction)
1.Last for 20-30 minutes, then filter
2.Use activated clay + activated carbon (physical adsorption principle)
3.Plate frame/automatic slag discharge filter is required after decolorization
Deodorization (304 stainless steel tank)
A steam generator/steam boiler is required to add steam: keep adding steam for more than 3 hours, after 3 hours, stop adding steam and start to cool down.
Dewaxing (oil sunflower, corn, tea seed must be dewaxed)
1.In countries with humid climate, it is recommended to dewax before deodorization (see the country's climate conditions)
2.Cool down the refrigerator to 5°C-10°C
3.The whole process lasts 12-48 hours
4.After dewaxing, use a plate and frame filter (material optional) to filter the wax
