  Traditional process flow: crude corn oil → alkali refining → water washing → vacuum dehydration → oil decolorization → filtration → vacuum deodorization → filtration → refined oil refining.

  In the pressing process of corn oil, attention should be paid to the freshness and purity of corn germ, which can effectively improve the yield of corn germ oil and save costs after reaching the standard.

  When pressing, it is necessary to master the pressing water, pressing temperature and pressing time. In this way, the amount of residual oil in the cake can be reduced.

  In the refining process of corn oil, steps such as degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing are needed.
