  Peanut is a kind of oil with high oil content, and the oil content is as high as 40-50%.   Roasting is one of the important processes in the process of oil production. The roasting process uses a roller frying pan with direct fire as the heat source. The roasting time is 30 minutes, and the roasting temperature is 120C. Because baking can make great changes in the internal structure of the oil with the help of moisture and temperature, these changes are not only conducive to the easy separation of the oil from the oil, but also conducive to the improvement of the quality of the crude oil. Therefore, the baking effect is good or bad, has a direct impact on the smooth progress of the entire oil production process, the level of oil yield and the quality of oil and cake, and the degree of baking is mainly to see that the cake should be dry and flake.

  Oil squeezing molecules on hot materials are most active at high temperatures. The temperature of the peanuts just coming out of the wok is 120C, and the oil can be squeezed while it is hot. Therefore, it is best to control a certain amount of each pot of stir-fried seed, so as to ensure that the hot material is pressed.

  The temperature of the pressing process is mainly maintained by the temperature of the cooked billet supplied by baking and the preheating of the pressing chamber. At the same time, the strong friction and heating effect between the components in the pressing chamber when the peanuts are pushed and squeezed in the pressing chamber, as well as the friction and heating effect between the peanut particles will increase the temperature of the pressing process.
