Oil Press Machine with Oil Filter

  Suitable for oils with high melting points that are easy to solidify. The wax on the filter cloth can be cleaned in a timely manner, making it the best choice for small oil mills. The biggest feature is that no matter how much oil is filtered, it can filter out oil or general liquids, and the filter cake is dry powder with low oil content. And the filtered crude oil does not need to be filtered again by a plate and frame filter, with less impurities and can be directly refined.

  And there is no oil storage, no oil leakage, fast speed, large processing capacity, energy saving, good oil quality, and durable filter cloth that is not easily damaged, resulting in a longer service life of the filter.

  Due to its built-in pressure filtration equipment, this machine has a high degree of automation. A single machine can produce high-quality filter oil, so they become the first choices of small-medium enterprises and individual refineries preferred products.

   Here is its working principle. Take filtering and pressing crude oil as an example.

1.Firstly, open the oil inlet valve, pour the crude oil into the tank, close the oil inlet valve, and close the vent valve.

2.Turn on the power switch to start the air compressor. When the generated high-pressure gas passes through the oil-water separator, the check valve enters the Storage tank. When there is a certain pressure inside the tank, high-pressure gas pushes the crude oil into the filter through the pipeline.

3.When the crude oil flows through the filter plate, a large amount of oil residue will be filtered out by the filter cloth, and the clean oil will flow out from the oil  nozzle until all the crude oil in the tank is filtered.

4.No matter how much production of oil is filtered, the filtered oil can be directly barreled or refined, without sediment, foam, and clear and bright.

5.In addition, when filtering, the fluidity of the oil is better at a certain temperature and the filtering speed is faster. Generally, the oil temperature should be between 30 ℃ -85 ℃ (different oils use different temperatures). When the filter residue is too thick, the filtering ability is reduced, and the filter residue must be removed or the filter cloth must be changed.
