This line adopts a proven 7-stage process: sterilization, threshing, crushing, pressing, clarification, filtration, and dehydration. Each stage is seamlessly connected, balancing oil yield, product stability, and ease of operation, and tailored to the raw material characteristics and production needs of major palm-growing regions.
Palm fruit bunches are steam-cooked for sterilization. This step inactivates lipolytic enzymes that cause oil rancidity, softens fruit stalks to boost threshing efficiency, and prevents fruit spoilage during storage, laying a solid foundation for oil quality.
Dedicated threshers separate palm fruits from bunches, removing stalks and debris to obtain clean raw materials. This reduces interference in subsequent stages, preventing equipment wear and ensuring oil purity.
Crushers break palm fruits evenly, destroying their fibrous structure and increasing the contact area for oil release during pressing. This significantly improves oil yield and overall production efficiency, minimizing raw material waste.
Specialized palm oil presses use mechanical pressure to extract oil from crushed fruit pulp, producing crude palm oil. Built with wear-resistant materials, they adapt to palm fruit’s high-fiber properties, ensuring stable continuous operation, effective oil-sludge separation, and low residual oil in cake.
Crude oil enters the clarification stage, where preliminary sedimentation removes most suspended sludge and fruit residues. This partially clarifies the oil, reducing the load on subsequent filtration and preventing equipment clogging.
Filters further remove fine solid particles and impurities from clarified oil, significantly improving clarity and purity. This meets the basic purity requirements for food-grade palm oil.
Filtered oil is dehydrated to remove residual moisture, lowering water content to inhibit microbial growth and oil hydrolysis. This extends the shelf life of the finished oil, ensuring quality stability during transportation and sales.
