The MCRAYONE factory utilizes automated screw presses and refining equipment to create a standardized corn oil production line that is green and efficient throughout. It is crucial to emphasize that the core of corn oil production is pressing corn germ; whole corn kernels cannot be pressed directly. Whole corn kernels contain only 3.5%~5% oil, with over 75% of the oil concentrated in the germ. Direct pressing not only results in extremely low oil yield but also negatively impacts the oil quality due to impurities.
The production line uses a screw press as its core, complemented by refining equipment. The core process consists of five steps, efficiently connected and with strict quality control:
Step 1: Raw Material Screening and Pre-treatment. The corn germ undergoes rigorous screening to remove sand and impurities, ensuring a purity of ≥99.5%. After dehydration and drying to control the moisture content at 1.5%~2.5%, it is then crushed and steamed to prepare for pressing.
Step 2: Screw Pressing for Oil Extraction The pre-treated corn germ is fed into a specialized screw oil press. Low-temperature physical pressing eliminates the need for chemical solvents, ensuring thorough oil separation to obtain crude oil with a stable yield. The separated oil cake can be used as animal feed, achieving resource recycling.
Step 3: Crude Oil Filtration. The crude oil is then fed into auxiliary equipment to remove fine residues, gums, and other impurities, laying the foundation for refining.
Step 4: Refining and Purification. Through multiple processes including degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, and dewaxing, impurities, off-odors, and waxes are removed, creating a clear, refreshing finished oil that meets national standards.
Step 5: Finished Product Inspection and Bottling. The finished oil undergoes comprehensive testing. Once qualified, it is automatically filled, packaged, and stored, ensuring freshness and purity.
