1.Palm Kernel Cracker
The production process begins with the Palm Kernel Cracker, which is used to break the palm kernels into appropriate sizes first. This initial cracking step prepares the kernels for subsequent shell-kernel separation, ensuring that the hard outer shells can be easily broken and separated in the next stage, laying a solid foundation for efficient follow-up processing.
2.Shell-Kernel Separation
After cracking, the mixture of kernel fragments and shells is fed into the Palm Shell-Kernel Separator. This device further breaks the remaining tough outer shells and separates them from the kernel fragments. After separation, the cleaned kernels are transported to the subsequent processing stage, which is crucial to eliminate any shell debris that might compromise the final oil quality.

3.Kernel Crushing
The separated palm kernels are fed into a Palm Kernel Crusher, where they are ground into small particles. This crushing step expands the surface area of the kernels, facilitating better heat absorption during the roasting process and thereby boosting the efficiency of oil extraction.
4.Roasting to Maximize Oil Extraction
The crushed kernel particles are then transferred to a Roaster, where they are heated at a controlled temperature range of 100 to 120 degrees Celsius. 5.Oil Extraction via Screw Press
Next, the roasted kernel particles are fed into a Screw Oil Press. Through the application of high pressure, the oil is mechanically squeezed out of the particles, while the remaining oil cake is discharged separately. This process ensures that the oil is recovered to the greatest extent possible, with only a small amount of residual oil left in the cake.
6.Oil Filtration for Purity Enhancement
The crude palm kernel oil is passed through a Plate and Frame Filter Press to remove solid impurities, producing clear, high-quality palm kernel oil. After filtration, the oil is ready for further refining processes or direct application in various industries.
