Looking for a reliable way to turn raw hemp seeds into premium cold-pressed oil? Our hemp seed processing line is designed for simplicity, efficiency, and high-quality output. The entire process follows four core steps: cleaning, dehulling and separation, hydraulic pressing, and filtration.
Step 1: Cleaning
Raw hemp seeds often contain dust, stones, and plant debris. The cleaning stage removes these impurities through vibration and airflow, ensuring only clean seeds enter the next stage. This protects downstream equipment and improves final oil quality.

Step 2: Dehulling and Separation
Hemp seeds have a hard outer shell that contains little oil. Removing it is key to improving oil yield and purity. Our dehulling system gently cracks the shells, then separates the kernels from the husks. The result is clean, high-oil-content hemp kernels ready for pressing.

Step 3: Hydraulic Pressing
This is where the oil is extracted. The hydraulic press operates at low temperature, typically below 70°C, making it a true cold-press process. Cold pressing preserves the natural nutrients, delicate flavor, and golden color of hemp seed oil. Depending on seed quality and kernel preparation, oil yield can reach up to 26.5%. The process also produces hemp seed cake, a valuable by-product rich in plant protein.

Step 4: Filtration
The crude oil from pressing still contains fine particles and sediment. The filtration stage removes these impurities through a filter press or centrifugal separator, leaving clear, clean oil ready for bottling. The filtered oil has a longer shelf life and better appearance, suitable for direct commercial sale.

Why choose this line?
Four simple steps – easy to operate and maintain
Cold pressing – preserves nutrition and flavor
Integrated filtration – oil ready for bottling
By-product recovery – hemp seed cake for protein powder
Whether you are starting a small hemp oil workshop or expanding to industrial production, this line can be customized to your capacity. Tell us your target output, and we will recommend the right configuration for your project.
