Soybean oil cake
Soybean cake is the oil cake obtained after soybean oil is pressed, which has the highest nutritional value among various plants. It is one of the main products for livestock and poultry. High-quality raw materials enable us to achieve high results in fattening. Soybean cake is most commonly used in fertilizers, high-grade animal feeds and feed mixtures. Soybean oil cake can be used to make tofu, without grinding, and can be directly boiled into soy milk.
Before pressing soybeans, it is best to first put the thoroughly cleaned soybean seeds into the screw conveyor, which will transport them to the roasting machine for preheating to increase the oil yield, and then enter the oil press for pressing. Then, the obtained crude oil is transferred to the oil filter for purification.
The screw oil press in our factory can perfectly press raw materials such as soybeans, sunflower seeds, and peanuts. The residual oil rate in the produced oil cake is within 8% of the national standard, and the nutrient content and protein content are retained at more than 40%.
