Basic Rapeseed Mustard Oil Production Line

  Rapeseed generally contains 3.9%-5.2% nitrogen, 24.6%-32.4% protein, 5.7%-9.6% cellulose, 4.1%-5.3% ash, and 37.5%-46.3% oil. Rapeseed oil is the second largest oil variety in China.

Basic Process:

1.Dry cleaning process

During the process of harvesting or drying rapeseed, impurities such as sand, soil, rape stems and leaves may be mixed in. If these impurities are not treated effectively, not only will the quality of the cake be poor, but also the quality of the oil will be reduced. . In addition, if the oil contains sand, mechanical impurities, etc., it will also cause damage to the oil production equipment. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth progress of production, certain impurity cleaning must be carried out before entering the press.

Oil → winnowing → screening → magnetic separation → side-by-side mud cleaning → billet rolling → flakes

(1) Winnowing

According to the difference in specific gravity and aerodynamic properties between oil seeds and impurities, the impurities in the oil are separated by wind force. Wind separation can be used to remove light impurities and dust in the oil, and can also be used to remove heavy impurities such as metals and stones, and can also be used for the separation of kernels and shells after shelling the oil.

(2) Screening

Screening uses the difference in particle size between oil and impurities, and removes impurities larger or smaller than the oil through the sieve holes with the help of the relative movement between the oil and the sieve surface.

(3) Magnetic separation

Magnetic separation is a method of using magnets to remove metal impurities in oil. Although the content of metal impurities in oilseeds is not high, they are very harmful and can easily cause damage to equipment, especially some high-speed operating equipment, and may even cause serious equipment accidents and safety accidents, so they must be removed.

(4) Cleaning of side by side mud

The shape and size of side-by-side mud are similar or equal to that of oilseed, and the specific gravity is not significantly different from that of oilseed, which is called "side-by-side mud". Rapeseed, sunflower seeds, soybeans, and sesame contain a lot of side-by-side mud. The cleaning of the side-by-side mud is to use the different mechanical properties of the mud and oilseeds. First, grind or hit the oil seeds containing the side-by-side mud to crush the side-by-side mud, that is, grind the mud, and then screen or winnow the dust to remove it.

2.Rolling

The purpose of flaking is to destroy the cell tissue of the oil, increase the surface area of ​​the oil, shorten the distance of the oil outflow, which is beneficial to the production of oil and also helps to improve the effect of steaming and frying.

3.Steam and fry

Steaming and frying is one of the effective methods to increase the oil yield of rapeseed, and it is also an important process in oil production. Raw rapeseeds are heat-treated and sent to oil pressing equipment for pressing, which is called hot pressing, which can improve the oil yield. The quality of steaming and frying can have a certain impact on the oil yield of rapeseed and other oils to a large extent.

4.Squeeze out the oil

Because the shape of rapeseed is different from other oils. Therefore, in the process of pressing, the requirements for pressing snails and pressing chambers are also different from those of other oil plants. During the production, it is required that the pressing snail should have a zigzag curve and a conical surface, which is conducive to the full destruction of the rapeseed molecules and the maximum oil output.
