3.Palm fruit is generally steam-mashed. The purpose of mashing is to destroy the cell structure and tissue of the palm fruit, making it easier to produce palm oil from the palm fruit and improving the efficiency of palm oil extraction.
4.Press oil. After pressing, crude oil containing fiber and impurities can be obtained.
5.Filtration and clarification. The pressed oil still has a lot of impurities and crude fibers, so it needs vibration filtration to remove crude fibers. Generally speaking, two types of oil will be obtained. One is clear oil, the other is turbid oil. The clean oil is stirred and dehydrated in the clarification tank to obtain CPO, while the turbid oil requires further filtration and clarification steps.
Outside of the production line, some seemingly useless things can actually be valuable. For example, the fruit bunches during the fruit removal process can be used as fuel after drying. The oil cake after oil extraction is actually a mixture of fiber and palm kernel. The fiber can also be used as fuel, and the mixture can be broken and separated to separate the palm kernel and made from palm kernel oil.
