- Load the fresh palm fruit bunches (FFB) into the sterilization vehicle and spray direct steam for high-temperature short-term sterilization. The steam flows through the fruit room to heat all the fruits, reduce the activity of bacteria and enzymes, avoid the increase of free fatty acids (FFA), and improve the quality of crude oil.
- Transport the sterilized palm fruit bunches (FFB) into the drum separator. The separator rotates to separate the empty fruit rooms and fresh palm fruit. The separated empty fruit rooms are sent to be crushed for produce fertilizer is returned to the orchard.
- The palm fruits are tempered and crushed by equipment, and then sent to the press to press and produce oil. Then the liquid part containing sand, water, and oil is sent to the purifier to separate the crude palm oil.
- The solid part coming out of the oil press is sent to the pneumatic vertical separation column by the conveyor belt, and the fiber and fruit core are separated by the action of wind.
- The fiber is transported to the boiler and used as fuel.
- The polished core is transported to a container for storing the core, and then crushed to separate the kernels.
Processed crude palm oil mainly contains: solid sediment, water and oil. Among them, the solid part is separated by a vibrating rotary screen, and the crude palm oil is decomposed by static methods. The heated crude palm oil is sent to a vacuum dryer through an oil pump to remove moisture, and then sent to a crude oil tank for storage. The sediment is treated and discharged into the sewage treatment channel. The solid matter is used to fertilize the fields. The steam boiler is mainly used to provide steam for power generation, sterilization and heating. The fuel used in the steam boiler is the fiber and fruit separated from the palm oil manufacturing process shell.
