In January 2022, we received an inquiry from a Chad customer about a peanut production line. During the communication process, the customer originally wanted a production line with a processing capacity of 10ton, working 16 hours a day, and finally obtaining 5 ton of refined oil.
The customer did not immediately give a positive response to our proposal at the beginning, and we fully understand this. After all, any important investment decision requires careful consideration and comprehensive evaluation. We respect the customer's decision-making process and are willing to give him enough time and space to consider.
In the following period, we maintained close communication and contact with the customer. We explained the advantages of this peanut oil production line to the customer in detail in various ways, including its efficient production capacity, stable product quality and good market prospects. At the same time, we also actively responded to the customer's various concerns and questions about the construction of the production line, and provided detailed answers and professional suggestions.
In the constant exchanges and communication, the customer gradually believed in our professional ability and integrity. He realized that this production line is indeed beneficial to his oil pressing business and can improve his production efficiency and market competitiveness. So, after careful consideration, the customer finally reached a cooperation agreement with us.
This agreement means that we will build a peanut oil production line in the distant African country of Chad. This is not only a challenging project, but also a cooperation full of opportunities. We will go all out to ensure the smooth implementation and successful operation of the project, bringing tangible economic and social benefits to customers.
The following are the equipment of the whole peanut production line：
Sheller-Roaster-Presser-Filter-Refining equipment-Filling machine-Capping machine-labeling machine.
Sheller: Peanut shells affect the oil yield, so peanuts are shelled before pressing;
Roaster: Adjust the moisture and temperature of peanuts to facilitate oil pressing;
Presser: Physical mechanical pressing to produce oil;
Filter: Filter impurities and fibers visible to the naked eye in the oil;
Refining equipment: The fully refined oil is suitable for the standards of the cosmetics and chemical industries, and needs to be dephosphorized, deacidified, dehydrated, decolorized, and deodorized, with high stability and long shelf life;
Filling machine: Realize automation and efficiently fill oil into bottles;
Capping machine: Efficient sealing, easy to sell;
Labeling machine: Efficient and beautiful product labels are attached to bottles;
In April 2022, we reached an agreement to produce machines after collecting deposits, ship them within the agreed time, and finally establish a high-efficiency production line in Chad.
