Communication Process:
In December 2023, a customer from Cote d'Ivoire contacted us to inquire about palm fruit oil production line equipment. He has been focusing on soap making for more than ten years and has his own handmade soap factory. As his business continued to expand, he decided to be self-sufficient and produce crude palm oil himself to meet his growing demand for raw materials while saving upfront investment costs. More importantly, he plans to process the excess oil into commodities for sale to further expand his product line.
The customer showed a strong interest in palm fruit oil production line equipment during the initial contact and hoped to finalize some plans through online communication before coming to China for a field visit. He mentioned that he had obtained a visa and planned to come to China to visit our factory in the next few months to get a more intuitive understanding of the actual operation of the production line equipment.
Our professional team explained the specific configuration and process of the palm oil production line in detail during the communication with the customer. According to the actual needs of the customer, we first determined the production process of CPO (crude palm oil). However, as the discussion deepened, we realized that the customer had higher expectations for production capacity. Therefore, after fully considering the customer's budget, project process and capacity requirements, we configured a variety of solutions for the customer, and finally increased the capacity from the original 1 ton/hour to 5 tons/hour.
The customer highly recognized our professional advice and confirmed this capacity plan after communicating with his engineers and banks. He believed that this plan could bring him benefits more economically and quickly, which was in full compliance with his expectations.
Next, we had an in-depth discussion with the customer on the configuration of the production workshop. This included the planning of basic equipment such as circuits and waterways, as well as a small amount of palm kernel by-products. We are committed to providing customers with a complete and efficient solution to ensure the smooth operation of the production line and the high-quality output of the products.
After many online and offline communications, we finally reached a cooperation agreement with the customer in January 2024 and started the manufacturing and installation of the production line.
In March 2024, the customer arrived at our factory as scheduled. We warmly received him and explained the finalized plan to him in detail. At the same time, we also showed our production workshop and some of the equipment that had been manufactured for his reference. The client highly appreciated our professionalism and efficient service and expressed his expectation for the upcoming cooperation.
